Paul Acito
Founder
Paul Acito has served as Worldwide Chief Marketing Officer at 3M and VP & Global Corporate Officer at Medtronic, with over a decade of expatriate leadership experience across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Japan. He holds 10 patents, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and has taught at the Kelley School of Business, Carlson School of Management, and St. Catherine’s University. Paul serves on multiple boards including Penumbra Theatre and the Weisman Art Museum.

Danielle Amfahr
Strategy
Danielle is a strategic consultant who partners with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges. As VP of Strategy & Marketing Development at 3M, she led a 40+ person internal consultancy delivering over 150 projects annually. She helped shape long-term strategy through emerging trends and market analysis. Danielle serves on the Kelley School of Business Alumni Board and Darden School's Corporate Advisory Board and champions DEI through global mentoring.

Sarah Bellamy
Advisor
Sarah Bellamy is a nationally recognized facilitator, healing practitioner, and scholar. Her holistic methods cultivate intimacy and authenticity. She holds degrees from Sarah Lawrence College and the University of Chicago and has taught at Macalester, the University of Minnesota, and United Theological Seminary. A recipient of the Humphrey Public Leadership Award and a Bush Fellowship, Sarah currently serves on the Jerome Foundation Board.

Dr. Frank Acito
Advisor
Frank Acito’s expertise includes marketing research, structural modeling, and strategy alignment. He holds a PhD and MBA from SUNY Buffalo and a BEE from Cornell. He has taught at RIT and SUNY Buffalo and served as VP of Marketing Services at Walker Research. He is a longtime member of the American Marketing Association.

Tim Lemper, JD

Tim Lemper is a Clinical Professor of Business Law at Indiana University and Director of the Legal Advising Forum at the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship. He has served in major law firms and in government roles including the U.S. Senate and British House of Commons. A Truman Scholar and Wells Scholar, he holds degrees from Harvard, LSE, and Indiana University.

Kelly King

With 25 years as an innovative marketer, she lectures at the Kelley School of Business, authored *The Gen Z Dictionary*, and is known for launching brands and careers. Dr. Caroline Ylitalo

Caroline Ylitalo is a prolific inventor with over 100 patents and 300+ innovations. A PhD in Chemical Engineering from Stanford, she brings deep expertise in materials science, physics, and chemistry. Her creations span respirators, traffic safety, and smart sensors.
